Dear Friend of VOICE,
This year the Verdguo Hills Golf Course Men’s Club is reaching out to
the communities, schools, local business and organizations in the
foothills to assist in putting together a truly memorable event for a
great cause.
The Verdugo Hills Golf Course must be preserved – for now and for
future generations. The Men’s Club objective is to raise funds for the youth in our community who want to play golf at our local golf course. They also support all of us who want to preserve the Verdugo Hills Golf course. We invite you to join us for golf and fun at this year’s annual Verdugo Hills Men’s Club Fund Raiser.
We need your assistance and participation. We have fun jobs available,
and you can help us with raising money and have fun at the same time.
We ask you as a neighbor, and a supporter of this great golf course,
to get involved and make this a great event!
Please let us know by October 15, 2009, if you would like to
volunteer, share your ideas on how to raise additional funds, or sign
up to play in the tournament. Be sure to see the attached list of
areas where we need participants and items we need donated.

Equipment and Goodies Needed:
- Battery or Gas powered Cart for drinks, setup and support.
- Additional Grill, Gas or Charcoal
- Golf Stuff, Coupons, Gift Certificates for Raffle and Grab Bags
- Grab Bags ( last year we used Albertsons cloth bags, very Green)
- Signs for Hole Sponsors
- Banners/Signs for Advertising the Event
- Morning morsels and juice, coffee, donuts, breakfast bars, etc.
- Bottled Water, Soda
- Prizes and more prizes for raffle and other contests
- Food, lunch
- Anything you can think of to help us have more fun!
